A full pickup load is about two and a half cubic yards. Most studios are three loads, a one-bedroom is four, and we count them and give you one number before we start. Ground and first floor stairs are never charged; a third-floor walk-up is $70 on top, and you hear that number before we come out.

How soon can you come?
Same day is normal and it costs nothing extra. The only time there is a rush fee is when you need us within about three hours and we move another job to get there, which is $95.
What if I have only one thing?
Every job starts at $100, so a single mattress or one TV comes to the $100 floor rather than the item price. Two or three items and you are into the list above.
My building has no elevator. Does that cost more?
It is $35 for every floor we carry up above the first, so a third-floor unit is $70 on top. Ground and first floor is never charged, and an elevator building costs nothing extra. You hear the number before we come out.
Are dump fees on top of the price?
No. Dump and recycling fees are already in the quote, including the extra ones Illinois charges on mattresses, fridges and electronics. There is no fuel surcharge either.
How much actually fits in one load?

Do you move things as well as take them away?
Yes. Furniture pickup and delivery is quoted on the job, because it depends on how much there is and how far it is going. Send the details and you get one flat number back.
